CleverConnect is now a B Corp certified company

The CleverConnect Group, an HR Tech player, serves recruiters and candidates throughout Europe. We firmly believe that our role is to make the recruitment market more efficient and fairer and to be a hub between our recruiter clients and European candidates.

CleverConnect facilitates the job search for more than 16 million people in Europe. Through Meteojob.com, several hundred thousand job offers are accessible daily and more than 2 million recruitments have been facilitated since the site creation. CleverConnect supports all job seekers, including people from minorities, and works for a more inclusive labor market.

The B Corp label is tangible proof of the success of one of our key objectives: fulfilling professional opportunities for everyone.

Joining this community is the culmination of many months of work to compile the B Corp dossier and improve our processes and governance mechanisms. It's the beginning of our commitment to actively participate in the deployment of the B Corp vision, in our sector and with our various stakeholders.

During the evaluation process of our activities and our impact, CleverConnect particularly stood out in two areas: societal impact, and the way in which our solutions improve employment accessibility for profiles that may have more difficulty finding a job. We also distinguish ourselves in terms of corporate governance, particularly with the opening of CleverConnect's capital to all employees after two years.

Member of a community committed to a more inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy

With a score of 91/100 (the minimum to be certified is 80 points), we join the B Corp community, which brings together more than 9,300 companies of all sizes and from all sectors, in more than 100 countries. Around 500 of these committed companies are in France.

All industries are represented in this group and we are proud to be one of the recruitment sector representatives to be on board. As a key player in a sector where people come first, we also know that this step towards B Corp status is just the beginning of our initiatives. Raising awareness among our stakeholders, including internal ones, is one of our next objectives. 

The world is developing faster and faster, but often at the expense of sustainability and essential values such as inclusiveness. These issues affect us all, and every organization and individual can play a role. So I wanted us to work on our impact to bring out what we do well, and continue to improve in the area of CSR.

The NGO B Lab, launched in 2006, promotes the B Corp movement and community all over the world.

The B Corp label means that a company has been audited to meet B Lab's high standards of social and environmental impact, has made a legal commitment to its stakeholders' governance, and demonstrates responsibility and transparency by publicly disclosing this performance record in its B Corp profile.
