This document constitutes the privacy policy implemented by the Cleverconnect Group (CleverConnect (Meteojob) – Visiotalent – Talentry) for the website https://cleverconnect.com/ (hereinafter the “Website“).
The Data Controller is CleverConnect, a French company with a capital of 3,703,600 euros, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 498 739 879, and whose registered office is located at 14 rue Gaillon, 75002 Paris.
The protection of personal data is one of the Group’s core values. Our privacy policy reflects these values, incorporates regulatory developments, and is part of our day-to-day commitments through standardised measures, group-wide rules and the implementation of physical and logical data security measures.

The personal data we may collect is your surname, first name, email address, phone number, company, function, size of the company, connection data (IP address, timestamp, URLs visited, browsing activity), and the content of the message or request sent.
Optional data is identified as such on the Website.
CleverConnect processes your personal data for the promotion and sale of its services and software under the Cleverconnect, Meteojob and Visiotalent trademarks, following the sub-purposes of:
• Customer and prospect relationship management;
• Management of newsletters and commercial prospection;
• Organisation of webinars;
• Organisation of promotional operations;
• Audience measurement and statistical studies in order to personalise navigation and improve the user experience on the Website.
CleverConnect does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The personal data collected and/or produced are exclusively intended for CleverConnect for the exploitation of its Cleverconnect brand and its affiliated companies.
Some of your data may be communicated to subcontractors that CleverConnect calls upon by contract for the execution of necessary technical services.
These subcontractors are contractually committed to CleverConnect to guarantee a level of security and confidentiality of your personal data in conditions that comply with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and in particular with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“).
CleverConnect may also share personal data if it :

• must comply with a valid or legitimate request or demand; or if

Your personal data may be transferred in the event of a change of control of CleverConnect or the transfer of all or part of its assets, in particular by acquisition, merger with another company or universal transfer of assets to another company.
Your personal data are kept for the time necessary for the completion of the processing’s purposes.
For all commercial communications and contacts sent by CleverConnect, under the Cleverconnect trademark, and concerning CleverConnect and its affiliated companies, your contact data is kept until you express the wish to no longer receive these communications by unsubscribing or by contacting us by email.
Security and confidentiality
CleverConnect takes all useful and proportionate precautions to preserve the security of your data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
CleverConnect implements, in its internal organisation, organisational, technical, software and physical measures in terms of information systems security in order to protect the personal data processed against any alteration, destruction or unauthorised access.
CleverConnect may transfer personal data for the purposes mentioned above to service providers located in countries outside the European Union. Prior to any transfer outside the European Union, CleverConnect takes all necessary measures and guarantees to provide a level of protection adequate to the requirements of the RGPD. These measures include the drafting of standard contractual clauses imposing the implementation of appropriate protection measures.
In application of the GDPR, you can ask CleverConnect at any time to:

• rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate;
• delete your personal data;
• exercise your right to the portability of your personal data;
• limit the processing of your personal data;
• object to the processing of your personal data when the processing is based on the legitimate interest of CleverConnect.
